Withdrawal commissions reviewed

Dear customers,

We believe it is important for all our clients to be aware that money transfer systems charge TenkoFX fees for each incoming and outgoing transfer you initiate.

Account funding options like Skrill, Neteller or Credit/Debit card processing cost the company at least 3.5%. Withdrawals also incur significant transaction costs.

A quick glance at our Deposit & Withdrawal terms clearly shows that up until now, our company has covered these costs for our clients – partially or in full. We consider it important to convey this message to our customers, to ensure that this service is appreciated.

Unfortunately this practice of covering 100% of costs related to money transfers hampers the effectiveness of our business. It has therefore been decided that a cost sharing policy will be adopted going forward. Effective from the 10th of September TenkoFX will allow for 2 free money withdrawals within any 30 day period. If more than two withdrawals are made within 30 days, the costs of additional withdrawals will be transferred on to the client.

We appreciate your understanding regarding this necessary change and ask you to please avoid unnecessary recurrent in and out payments. It is our priority to run an efficient and cost-effective business, which ultimately supports our competitive trading terms for the benefit of our traders.
