No. Funds transfers to and from third parties are not permitted.

This is based on the decision of the International Financial Action Group against Money Laundering (FATF English. Financial Action Task Force on Money Laundering, FATF), established to coordinate international efforts to fight money laundering in 1989, at the summit of the 'Big Seven' in Paris, France.

    • 15 I replenished my account via wire transfer. Why was my account credited with a smaller amount than I sent?

TenkoFX doesn't charge any additional fees for depositing funds, and the amount credited to the trading account will be the exact amount transferred into our bank account.

It is likely that a commission has been charged by one of the banks participating in the payment chain (in which each bank charges a fee in accordance with their tariffs).

In accordance with international banking practice, you can instruct your bank to deduct commissions from the payment or from the remaining funds in your account, as follows:

      • OUR - all commission will be paid by the sender (i.e. from the funds still in the account). Please note that if there are additional payment chain participants such as correspondent banks you will receive the amount of transfer minus the commission of these banks.
      • SHA - the commission is split between the sender and the recipient.
      • BEN - all commission is paid by the recipient (i.e. deducted from the final balance received).

    • 16 I have made a wire transfer to my account but the money hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

Once the letter has been received the money will be transferred to our bank and credited to the TenkoFX account, at which point the money will be added to your MoneyBox.

      3. If you have found no errors in the account details you used to make the transfer, please send a scanned copy of your money order to [email protected] When we receive your email we will contact the bank and check whether your transfer has been added to their unidentified payment account (this can happen occasionally when banks make an error in the wire transfer details). At this point you should IMMEDIATELY contact your bank and clarify the account details, and your bank will write a letter to the receiving bank. In this case, please contact TenkoFX at [email protected] with a scanned copy of your money order and specify the account number to which the money should be transferred. We will credit your MoneyBox as soon as we receive your instructions.

Securities are bought at ASK price and sold at BID price. Stop Loss and Take Profit orders (described below) can be attached to a market order.
